One month on Essentials, two on every plan above it. The hour ledger in your portal enforces it, and it is the same ledger we invoice from.
Month to month. Scale up, scale down, pause or stop at the end of any month — no minimum term and no penalty for leaving.
The assignment ends at no cost and you keep the playbooks. We find someone who fits better and tell you honestly how long that will take — the same words as our terms.
Wirely is not VAT registered, so nothing is added to the figures on this page. Invoiced monthly in advance and paid by bank transfer — the portal never takes a card.
Every assistant signs a non-disclosure agreement and works inside your systems, on your permissions.
Before you ask.
What happens if I do not use all my hours?
They roll into the next period — one month on Essentials, two on the other plans. Beyond that they expire, which is why we would rather move you to a smaller plan than sell you hours you do not use.
Do I get the same assistant every time?
You are matched to one person and we do not rotate you around a pool. If they are away or move on we re-match you, and because your playbooks live on the account rather than in their head, the next person starts from what was already agreed rather than from nothing.
How do I pay, and is there VAT?
Plans are invoiced monthly in advance. The invoice appears on your Invoices page in the portal and is emailed to you; payment is by bank transfer, and the portal never takes a card. Wirely is not VAT registered, so the price on this page is the price you pay.
What happens to my rolled-over hours if I stop?
You can use the balance during your notice month — that month is invoiced in full and your assistant works it as normal. Anything still unused when the account closes lapses; it is not refunded and cannot be transferred. It is written into our terms rather than left for you to find out at the end.
Who owns the work?
You do, once it has been delivered and the invoice covering that period has been paid. It is written into our terms rather than left to be assumed.
What if something goes wrong with the work?
Tell us and we will fix it. The reason we can is that everything is on the record: every task, the AI draft, the version a person actually sent, and the minutes against it. We are not reconstructing what happened from memory — we can read it, and so can you.
How is the time counted?
Your assistant logs minutes against the specific task, with a note on what they did. You can read every entry in the portal. Nothing is estimated and nothing is rounded up.
Is the AI doing the work?
It writes the first draft. A person checks, corrects and sends it, and you see both versions on the task. Nothing reaches a client of yours unread by a human.
Can I go above my plan in a busy month?
Yes — tell us and we will either move you up a plan for the month or agree extra hours in advance. We do not quietly bill you for an overage you did not approve.
