Virtual assistants · Worldwide
Virtual assistants that grow your business.
Hand it over and see exactly what came back. A trained assistant does the work, Claude writes the first draft, and you get both versions plus the minute it took — so delegating stops being an act of faith.
From £300 a month · No contract · Stop at the end of any month
The difference
You see the draft, and the version a person actually sent.
Every other agency shows you the output. Wirely shows you the working — which is the only way to judge whether the judgement was any good.
The playbook on this account says: never lead with the number, and no legal language before day 45.
How it works
Three things happen, and you can see all of them.
Most agencies hand you a person and an invoice. This is the whole record.
01 — You ask
A sentence is enough.
Raise it from the portal or forward the email. No forms, no ticket numbers, no waiting for a standup.
02 — Claude drafts, a person checks
The first pass is instant. The last one is human.
Your assistant triggers the draft, then corrects it against your playbook. Nothing reaches a client unread.
03 — The record
Every minute, against the task it belongs to.
Not estimated and not rounded up. Unused hours roll forward, and you can read the note your assistant wrote when they logged them.
Where we are
New, and saying so.
Wirely launched recently and we are onboarding our first clients now. We would rather tell you that plainly than show you testimonials we have not earned. It is run by Lewis Banks, who has run the agency behind it — Byter Ltd — since 2018. What we can show you is the product: every screen on this page is real output from the portal, not a mockup drawn to look good.
What is not new is what has to be true before somebody works on your account. Photo identification and proof of address, reviewed by a person. A signed contractor agreement, NDA and data policy. A rate agreed by us, never quoted by them. An assistant who has not cleared every step cannot be assigned to an account at all — the database refuses it, so it is not a policy we have to remember to follow.
What they do
Four disciplines. Everyone is matched to one.
Lead research, CRM hygiene, outreach sequences, pipeline chasing and proposal prep.
Inbox and diary, travel, minutes, documents, expenses — the hundred things that eat a morning.
Social, content, email campaigns, copy editing and reporting that arrives without being asked for.
Claude and ChatGPT workflows, Zapier and Make builds, and documenting a process so it runs itself.
In practice
What the first month tends to look like.
Founder · 30 hrs
The inbox stops being the job
Triage rules agreed in week one. By week three the founder reads a morning summary instead of sixty threads.
Agency · 50 hrs
Proposals go out the same day
A template, a playbook and a standing brief mean a proposal is drafted the afternoon the call ends.
Consultant · 80 hrs
Looks like a firm of ten
Scheduling, follow-ups and document prep handled, so client-facing time doubles without hiring anyone.
Illustrative scenarios based on the plans below — not client results. Wirely does not publish client names.
Pricing
Hours, not headcount.
Unused hours roll forward. The ledger in your portal is the same one we bill from.
Essentials
30 hrs · £10.00 an hour
For founders and sole traders — the best part of a day a week to clear the admin that keeps landing in the evening.
Momentum
50 hrs · £9.00 an hour
For growing businesses that need support every day rather than occasionally — enough cover for someone to be across the work, not just dipping into it.
Professional
80 hrs · £8.13 an hour
For established businesses with a steady, predictable workload. The best value per hour short of full-time cover.
Growth
140 hrs · £7.14 an hour
Effectively full-time support. For larger teams and established companies with a high, continuous volume of work.
The terms
In plain English, before you ask.
Month to month. Scale up, scale down or stop at the end of any month — no minimum term and no penalty.
Once you and the assistant have both said yes, the briefing and the tool access are on us. We aim for two working days, and we tell you before you commit if it will be longer.
The assignment ends at no cost and your playbooks stay on your account. We find someone who fits better, and we tell you honestly how long that will take — the same words as our terms.
Every assistant signs a non-disclosure agreement and works inside your systems and your permissions.
Two doors.
One if you need the time back. One if you are the person who gives it.
I run a business
Tell us what you need covering, the hours and the timezone. A person reads it and comes back within one working day — not a sales call.

Real briefs, a portal that shows exactly what you did, and a person who reads every application rather than a filter that does not.
