What happens next.
A person reads the brief and comes back within one working day — with who we would put on it, or an honest answer on how long finding them will take. No automated matching and no sales sequence.
We introduce you to the assistant by email and you talk to them before anything starts. If the fit is wrong, we go again rather than talk you into it.
Once you and the assistant have both said yes: briefed on your business, inside your tools, with the first playbooks written down where you can see them. We aim for two working days and tell you if it will be longer.

You do not have to choose now — the brief asks which one you are leaning towards, and we will say if we think you have picked the wrong one.

What if the assistant is not the right fit?
Tell us what is not working and the assignment ends at no cost. Your playbooks stay on the account, so the next person does not start from nothing — and we tell you honestly how long finding them will take rather than promising a swap we cannot date.
How do I know my data is safe?
Every assistant signs an NDA and works inside your systems on your permissions, never a copy of your data. Wirely complies with UK GDPR, and the privacy page names every sub-processor including Anthropic.
Can I change my hours month to month?
Yes. Scale up when you are busy and down when you are not. No penalties and no minimum term.
What timezone will my assistant be in?
We match on the hours you actually need covered, computed from real timezones rather than a rough offset. If someone cannot genuinely work your window, we do not put them forward.
Is this cheaper than hiring someone full-time?
Considerably. A full-time hire is £25,000–£35,000 a year before national insurance, pension, equipment and the management overhead. Professional is £7,800 a year for 80 hours of support a month.
