About Wirely
Wirely places skilled virtual assistants with businesses that need their time back.
We recruit worldwide and specialise in four roles: business development, admin and operations, marketing, and AI and automation. We handle the sourcing, the vetting, the onboarding and the day-to-day management, so you get the support without the recruitment process or the employment overhead.
How we are different
Most virtual assistant companies introduce you to someone and send you a monthly summary of hours used. We think that is the wrong shape. Our assistants work with AI drafting the first pass on suitable tasks, which means more gets done per hour and you can see the quality being applied rather than taking it on trust. The way your work gets done is written down and belongs to your account, so if your assistant ever changes, the knowledge does not leave with them.
What has to be true before anyone works on your account
Every assistant completes the same checks before they can be matched to anybody:
- Photo identification and proof of address, reviewed by a person — uploading a document is not the same as it being accepted.
- A signed contractor agreement, a signed non-disclosure agreement, and a signed data policy. Each one is versioned, so we can always show exactly which wording was agreed.
- An hourly rate agreed and set by us before any assignment. Assistants do not set their own rate and cannot quote you one.
None of that is a policy we promise to follow. An assistant who has not cleared every step cannot be assigned to an account at all — the database refuses the assignment. It is the one commitment on this page that does not depend on us remembering it.
Assistants work inside your systems on your permissions, never on a copy of your data, and you can withdraw that access at any time. Some work outside the UK; the privacy page names every country and every sub-processor, including Anthropic.
Where we are
We are based in London and built for clients across the UK and beyond. Our assistants are matched to overlap your working hours, wherever they are based.
The commitments
No contract and no minimum term — stop at the end of any month. Once you and the assistant have both said yes, we aim to have them briefed and working within two days, and we tell you before you commit if it will be longer. If the match is not right, the assignment ends at no cost, your playbooks stay on your account, and we are honest with you about how long the next match will take. Every assistant signs a non-disclosure agreement, and we handle your data in line with UK GDPR.
Our terms are versioned. You accept a specific version, and we cannot quietly change what you agreed to.
We are new
Wirely launched recently and we are onboarding our first clients now. We would rather tell you that plainly than show you testimonials we have not earned yet. What we can show you is the product: every screenshot on this site is real output from the portal, not a mockup drawn to look good.

Who runs it
Lewis Banks
hello@wirely.co.uk
I have run Byter Ltd since 2018 — a marketing agency whose work is delivered for clients by the hour, mostly for hospitality businesses. Wirely is a trading name of that company, so the people you would be dealing with are the ones who have been doing this for eight years, not a new venture with a borrowed address.
Alongside it I build AI automation for other businesses, and I invest in UK property. Wirely came out of the first of those. Every agency I hired wanted to send me a person and a monthly summary of hours used, and none of them could show me what had actually been done. I could build the thing that shows you, so I did — and then it seemed reasonable to sell the assistant with it.
